Tapered Drill Equipment Also Provides A Hexagonal Chuck Section To Provide Leverage For The Rotation Chuck Bushing, Which Usually Also Has A Forged Collar To Maintain The Proper Shank Striking Face Position In The Rock Drill, And Match A Tapered Bit At The Socket End. Holes Are Typically Drilled In 0.6 M Increments To Accommodate The Air-Leg Feed Length.

1. The Ordinary Connection Taper Degree Is 7º, 11º And 12º, Other Degrees Like 4.8º, 6º And 9º Are Also Available Upon Request;

2. The Ordinary Shank Is Hex22 × 108mm, Hex25 × 159mm And Other Styles Are Also Available If Upon Customers’ Request;

3. The Rod Length Must Be Specified In Order;

Turning machine and grinding machine are also very important. we have advanced CNC machines and skillfull workers to keep the stable quality.

During production, we have engineer to check the dimensions. Our workers are highly trained and they will inspect the products after machining.

For the final inspection, we'll check the dimensions one by one to make sure the quality is qualifed. The inspection report will be sent to you before shipping if you have ordered our products.
